Folder printing and it's benefits to you

• Folder printing is the organized way to present your companies materials. With folder printing you can not only create the optimal splash with your graphics and main message, but you benefit from the organized way it compartmentalizes and organizes your flyers, business card, CD, DVD or other materials.
• Folder printing has additional benefits such as reusability. Flyers, brochures, catalogs and similar may have dated information or they might be event related and therefore not be usable after the event or by certain dates. You might even be changing your pricing or product line. By using a folder printing, you are always up to date with your branding and image and all you need do is reprint only those items that change or become outdated and reinsert into your folder printing package. Even if your business address changes, with folder printing, you need not reprint just because you moved to a new location. By not printing an address or any other contact information, when folder printing, you are not dating it's usage. The only thing you would need to reprint would be your business cards and then insert them into the business card slits of your new pocket folder.

  What are my choices of sizes?

• The standard size for folder printing is nine by twelve inches, with the flat sheet, prior to die cutting and gluing, being eighteen by sixteen inches, based on the standard folder printing pocket height of four inches. With folder printing you can also have custom sizes, as six by nine inches, four by nine inches or even the three panel and up to three pockets, with a flat size of twenty seven by twelve inch finished piece. Anything is possible, depending on your requirements.
• With the three pocket version, or even with just a center one, you can save money by not having the center pocket glued. This is due to the fact that with this type of folder printing, you benefit by the center pocket being on the inside and its contents being protected by the outer panels folding over it.
• There are even custom designs for the times when you have a large amount of materials and you do not just want to jam them into the pockets. You would then benefit by having constructed what is called the "capacity" version in folder printing. The standard "capacity" version in folder printing features a double die score, both on one of the  pockets and on the spine. The usual spacing is one eighth of an inch, with a bit more, possibly one sixteenth additional of an inch on the spine, in order to allow for a clean fold.

  Embellish your specifications

• Since folder printing is something you create for the longer haul and reuse on a regular basis for your presentations, it many times warrants further embellishing your presentation for this reason. You are not creating a "throw away", as you would with a flyer. Some of the things you can add for effect with them are: "Blind or registered (to the ink) embossing of your logo, foil stamping, die cut out areas and more, in order to give your folder printing project that special look.
